How do I make a reservation?
You can book directly through our website by clicking the 'BOOK NOW' button. Simply select your activity, date, and time. For large group bookings or exclusive hires, please get in touch via our contact form.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled depending on availability. Please email our bookings team for assistance.
Can I add more people to my booking later?
Yes, as long as there is space available in your time slot. Contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your extra guests. Payments for additional players can be settled on the day.
Activities & Age Requirements
Axe Throwing Age & Requirements
Participants must be aged 12 and over to take part in our standard axe throwing sessions. Please note the following requirements:
• All under 18s must be accompanied by a participating adult (one adult per four minors).
• Flat, closed-toe shoes are mandatory—no sandals or heels allowed on the lanes.
• A safety briefing is required for all participants before throwing.
Family Activity Lane Age Limits
The Family Activity Lane is designed for all ages, but we recommend it for children aged 8 and above due to the nature of the soft-play competitive games.
• Soft axe throwing and cornhole are suitable for younger children under close supervision.
• Adults must remain with their group at all times in the activity lanes.
Darts, Pool & Shuffleboard Participation
For our table games and interactive darts, the following guidelines apply:
• AR Darts: Recommended for ages 10+ due to the reach required for the board.
• Pool & Shuffleboard: Open to all ages, provided minors are supervised.
• After 8 PM, the venue operates an 18+ policy for all gaming areas.
Safety Guidelines
Axe Throwing Safety
Safety is our top priority. All throwers must wear closed-toe shoes and follow the instructor's guidance at all times. Axes must never be retrieved until all throwers in the lane have finished. One person per lane at any time.
Darts & Games Rules
When playing interactive darts or pool, please ensure you stay behind the indicated line. Only throw darts at the board and refrain from leaning on the tables. We ask all guests to gloat responsibly and keep the environment friendly.
Alcohol & Behavior
We have a zero-tolerance policy for intoxication while participating in games. Anyone deemed under the influence will not be allowed to throw axes or participate in certain activities. Fun is encouraged, but safety is mandatory.
Child Supervision
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please ensure kids remain in the designated family lanes and follow all soft-axe throwing protocols. Safety briefings are provided for all family activities.

Can we book for large groups?
Absolutely! Whether it's a birthday, corporate social, or family get-together, we cater to groups of all sizes. For groups larger than 12, please reach out via our contact form so we can tailor the perfect experience for you.
Do you offer catering packages?
We sure do. We have a variety of food and drink bundles designed for parties, including artisan pizzas and sharing platters. You can select these options during the booking process or discuss them with our events team.
Can we hire the whole venue?
Yes, private hire is available for corporate events and major celebrations. You'll get exclusive access to all our games, the bar, and The Gaggle stage. Get in touch for availability and pricing.

Parking & Venue
We are located in The Ridings Shopping Centre, Wakefield. Secure parking is readily available within the centre's multi-story car park. Simply follow signs for the Upper Mall (2nd Floor) to find us.
Food & Drink
The Goose Bar serves a full range of craft beers, soft drinks, and themed cocktails. While we serve light snacks, outside food isn't permitted, though we do have special catering options for pre-booked parties.
Accessibility & Policies
Our venue is fully accessible via the shopping centre lifts. For a safe environment, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy on aggressive behavior. All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult Goose.
