Welcome to The Silly Goose. By accessing our venue and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. AGE RESTRICTIONS
Guests must meet the minimum age requirements for specific activities. Identification may be required upon entry.

3. SAFETY RULES
Participation in axe throwing and other activities requires strict adherence to all safety briefings and instructor directions. Failure to follow rules will result in immediate removal without refund.

4. SOBRIETY POLICY
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only in designated areas. We operate a strict sobriety policy for all participants in physical activities. Anyone deemed intoxicated will be prohibited from playing.

5. DRESS CODE
Closed-toe shoes are mandatory for axe throwing. We recommend comfortable clothing suitable for activity.

6. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation. Prices are subject to change without notice.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.

8. LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking. Late arrivals may have their session time reduced.

9. WAIVER OF LIABILITY
All participants must sign a liability waiver before engaging in activities. You participate at your own risk.

10. PROPERTY DAMAGE
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to venue property or equipment through negligence or intentional misuse.

11. PERSONAL PROPERTY
The Silly Goose is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items brought into the venue.

12. CONDUCT
Abusive behavior toward staff or other guests will not be tolerated and will result in immediate ejection.

13. MEDIA RELEASE
We may take photos or videos for promotional purposes. By entering, you consent to your likeness being used unless you explicitly state otherwise.

14. PRIVACY
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. FOOD AND DRINK
Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited unless authorized for private events.

16. SERVICE REFUSAL
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

17. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control.

18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
