1. Introduction

Welcome to The Silly Goose, located in The Ridings Shopping Centre, Wakefield, West Yorkshire, WF1 1DS, United Kingdom. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our venue, booking of activities, and participation in games. By making a booking or entering the activity areas, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Booking and Contract Formation

2.1 Contract with Individual Customers (B2C)

Your booking is confirmed when your payment is successfully processed, and you receive a booking confirmation email with a reference number. This constitutes a legally binding contract.

2.2 Contract with Business Customers (B2B)

For corporate bookings, the contract is formed when the booking is agreed with the event organiser and the full fee or agreed deposit is paid.
